Lou has been the lead/teaching pastor at King’s Chapel since 2006 and has a passion for seeing people come to faith and live life together.  As lead pastor Lou takes the reins on anything visionary, teaching, preaching, and counseling.   He a proud member of the d.o.d.o (dads of daughters only) club with 4 daughters.  When he’s not at church he loves to hang out with his lovely wife, Mary Beth. He enjoys exercise, cooking, traveling, fishing and reading.  His favorite Authors/Bible teachers include, Tim Keller and John Piper.
Chris Kajano

Executive Pastor

Chris began as a Pastoral Intern at King’s Chapel in the Fall of 2015. He joined the leadership team as Executive Pastor in July 2017. Chris is a graduate of Houghton College with a B.A in Writing and a Minor in Theology. He is thankful to use his gifts to serve King’s Chapel, a community which he considers family. He likes reading anything from classic literature to theological treatises to tech blogs. But he most especially prizes the time he spends with his lovely wife Breanna and their three children Natalie, Caleb, and Nathan.
Ricky Ragone

Music & Arts/Youth Pastor

Ricky has been full time at the church since July of 2012 first as the Executive Pastor and now as the Music & Arts/Youth Pastor. He is married to his beautiful and extremely loving wife Katie. They have one daughter Lilly. Ricky is a graduate of Cairn University (Formerly Philadelphia Biblical University) with a B.S. in Bible with a focus in Youth Ministry. Ricky’s passion is seeing Christ glorified and loves to hear the sound of believers worshiping loud and joyously. His roles at King’s Chapel consist of implementing the vision of the church, overseeing all the music and church media, and working with youth of the church.
Perry Jones

Pastor/Elder

Perry Jones has been a teaching elder here at King’s Chapel since we first opened our doors. His passion is to see people discipled and growing in faith with our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ, and to see the Word of God being applied in their lives. He has been married to his beautiful and kind wife Susan for over 42 years and loves that she loves God first and then loves him very much. Perry and Susan have served full time at Capital City Rescue Mission for 37 years. They have two adult children, Andrew and Rachel, and two grandchildren. His responsibilities at the church include: being a teaching elder, helping oversee the spiritual and administrative needs of the church, praying for the church, and supporting Lou.

Mike Varney

Deacon

Mike serves as a community group leader and as part of the Tech Team. King’s has been a wonderful place that has immersed him in the word of God and cultivated wonderful relationships within the congregation. He has blessed Mike abundantly and has been a source of unfaltering strength in times of trials.

Mike has been serving as a Deacon since 2013. He has 2 children, Donovan and Abigail. Mike’s wife Elizabeth, who also served as a Deaconess at King’s Chapel, passed away in 2018.
Paul & Diane Miller

Deacon/Deaconess

Paul and Diane have been attending King’s Chapel since 2004.  They have 2 children, Noah and Lauren, currently attending Houghton College and Roberts Wesleyan College.  They appreciate the wonderful youth group leaders that blessed their children during their time at King’s Chapel.

Besides being Deacon/Deaconess, Diane serves as the children’s church coordinator and teacher and organizes our annual women’s retreat at Word of Life.  Paul is a community group leader and also helps behind the scenes with things like communion setup, parking, offering and anything else as needed.  Paul and Diane feel blessed to be part of a wonderful supportive community here at King’s Chapel.
Mike & Heather Rockafellow
Mike & Heather Rockafellow Deacon/Deaconess

Deacon/Deaconess

Mike and Heather were married in August of 2016 and found King’s Chapel to be their church home shortly after. They enjoy spending their free time outside hiking, biking, and camping.

Mike and Heather have been serving the church body by helping with the junior/senior high youth group, Refuge, each week. On Sunday mornings, Heather is a teacher in the children’s church ministry, while Mike volunteers behind the scenes in the tech booth during morning worship as needed. They both enjoy seeing how Christ moves in their lives through serving His people and strive to live each day to further God’s Kingdom.
Pat O'Malley
Pat O'Malley Deaconess

Deaconess

Pat moved to Glenmont in 2015. Most important to her was finding a gospel- centered, healthy church, where she could live life with others: growing, sharing, and serving God and His people.

She knew the first time she visited King’s Chapel that she was home! After four years she can say she is blessed more than she deserves.

Pat has two daughters, great sons-in-law, three grandsons, and three stepchildren and their families. God has blessed her with a full and rich life.

She looks forward to the future knowing God is leading and is thankful to be on this journey with her church family.
